The Stage II controlling training strengthens your ability to translate performance-relevant information into well-informed decisions. You will learn to confidently understand the connections between management accounting and financial accounting, identify opportunities and risks early on, and actively support corporate management.
By combining cost accounting, financial analysis, investment analysis, and value-oriented management, you’ll develop a holistic understanding of a company’s economic drivers. At the same time, you’ll gain confidence in working with balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as well as in understanding the impact of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on key metrics and decisions.

Dr. Klaus Eiselmayer
ist seit 1995 Trainer und seit 1997 Partner der CA Akademie AG. Seine Schwerpunkte sind Businessplanung, internes und externes Rechnungswesen, Wertmanagement, Präsentation, Moderation und Teamgestaltung auf Deutsch und Englisch. Im Zeitraum 2012 bis 2025 war er im Vorstand der CA, des ICV und der IGC. Von 2007 bis 2013 leitete er als Vorstandsmitglied den Verlag für Controlling Wissen und war Herausgeber des Controller Magazins.
Guido Kleinhietpaß, Dipl.-Oec.
ist seit über 20 Jahren Trainer und Berater der CA Akademie AG. Er trainiert Controller, Manager und den Betriebsrat. In seine Trainings fließt die Erfahrung aus zahlreichen Beratungsprojekten ein. Er führt das Controllers Trainingsprogramm in 5 Stufen sowie Vertiefungsseminare im operativen Controlling – von der Kostenrechnung bis zur Investition – durch. Er hält Trainings zu Bilanzierung und Rechnungslegung (Bilanz, GuV, Cash Flow-Statement) inkl. Jahresabschlussanalyse sowie zu Business Cases inkl. Transferpreisen. Er ist Mitglied im Vorstand des Internationalen Controller Vereins sowie Autor verschiedener Bücher.
David Nerz, Dipl.-Kfm.
ist Manager bei der CA Akademie AG und als Trainer und Berater tätig. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte sind Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Planung, Reporting, Optimierung von BI Tools, Verrechnungspreise und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei der CA war er mehrere Jahre als Controller im In- und Ausland tätig. Als CA-Trainer führt er die Stufe II und IV des Controllers Trainingsprogramms sowie das Finanz-Controlling Seminar durch.
