Deutsche Bahn is on the way to becoming a key player in networked mobility. The finance function and the FINANCE4DB group program play a central role in managing this transformation. Dr. Richard Lutz, Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bahn AG, describes in the actual Controller Magazin what characterises this modern approach to controlling.
The FINANCE4DB program focuses on the four fields of action “Processes & Structures”, “Methods & Tools”, “Role & Self-image” and “Skills & Collaboration”. The aim is to make the finance function so dynamic and agile that it can easily react to rapid technical developments and the expected upheavals.
