Successfully completed audit according to ISO 9001:2015

CA Akademie AG stands for quality in continuing education. This is also reflected in the annual performance of audits and the constant recertification. Due to the pandemic, this year’s repeat audit according to the criteria of the ISO 9001:2015 standard was carried out virtually by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH. Various work areas and processes were audited. One component of the audit was also the participation of the auditor in a live online training.

The scope of the certificate was extended to include the area of consulting and now reads: “Education and training in public and in-house seminars as well as consulting, in the areas of controlling, accounting & finance, corporate management, information management and social skills.”

We are very pleased with the renewal and receipt of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The continuous improvement of quality as well as the CA quality management are an important part of our work and stand for interactive learning, up-to-date content, practical orientation and transfer assurance – especially in the field of digital continuing education.
