Withdrawal of Your Seminar Registration
Overview
Would you like to withdraw from your seminar registration? You can submit your withdrawal request quickly and easily here. Please note: This withdrawal form is intended exclusively for consumers as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e., private customers. Withdrawal Period: The statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. Once this period has expired, withdrawal is generally no longer possible. Business customers (B2B) are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a business customer, please contact our customer service team directly at kontakt@ca-akademie.de.
Important Information Regarding the Expiration of Your Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if the booked service has already commenced.
This may apply in particular if:
- the seminar has already started, or
- you have been provided with access credentials for online seminars or digital learning content before the seminar begins and have agreed that we may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires.
Please provide the following information so that we can clearly identify your booking:

We have sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
What Happens Next?
- We will review whether your right of withdrawal was still valid at the time your withdrawal request was submitted (for example, considering the seminar start date or any access credentials that may already have been provided).
- You will then receive a separate email confirming the withdrawal from the contract or, where applicable, explaining why withdrawal is no longer possible.
- If your withdrawal is valid, we will also provide information regarding the processing of your refund, including reimbursement of any participation fees already paid.
