Cheer up your tables
In a short video, CA trainer Dietmar Pascher demonstrates how easy it is to convert complex information from tables into clear, easy-to-understand bar charts in Excel.
The advantages of the graphs are the quick recognition of outliers (largest, smallest value), averages and developments. Fast optical comparisons are possible and correlations are better recognizable.
The table has a clear structure for finding information and offers a high information density – an important rule (“Condense”) of the International Business Communication Standards (IBCS).
In our video we show you in a practical application how you can integrate e.g. bar charts for the visualization of deviations into your table. The corresponding Excel template “Table Diagram” can be found here (Diagram in Table).
