Part of the Stage III seminar is the role of the controller as a change agent. The short video not only shows the most important elements of the MOVE concept but also illustrates the didactic concept of the CA controller akademie.
The MOVE concept is based on the philosophy that a successful change only succeeds if the people (in behaviour and attitude) as well as the matter (methodology and organization) are included in the same way. Therefore, we impart both the methodological expertise and the competencies to bring about behavioural changes.
