Each seminar location has its own unique character. Simply click on the hotel location on the respective seminar page. There you will find a short description and a direct link to the hotel. Many participants appreciate the opportunity to attend seminars at different locations.

In most cases, you book your hotel room yourself. For multi-day seminars, we have reserved room contingents or negotiated special rates at the seminar hotels or nearby hotels, which you can refer to when making your reservation. Please note that these contingents are available only for a limited time. No room contingents are reserved for one-day seminars. An exception applies to all seminars at the IHK Academy in Feldkirchen-Westerham: In this case, we automatically book a single room with half board for the duration of your seminar as part of your seminar registration. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, please let us know. We will adjust your reservation accordingly.
Participants generally pay accommodation and meal costs that are not included in the seminar fee directly to the hotel at the end of their stay, either in cash or by credit card. Upon request, many seminar hotels also offer payment by invoice. In this case, the hotel requires a written declaration of cost coverage from the respective employer/company in advance. Please inform the hotel of your preferred billing method.
Your seminar materials will be available for download in your CA Login approximately one week before the seminar begins and will remain accessible for one year. For on-site seminars, you will also receive printed copies of all required materials.
You do not need to bring anything specific to the seminar. The following recommendations have been provided by previous participants: a laptop or tablet (optional), pens in different colours, highlighters, a calculator if required, and, for your free time, running shoes/clothing and swimwear (some hotels have swimming pools or lakes nearby)
No, you are also welcome to stay at another hotel in the surrounding area. Please note that we have only arranged special rates at our listed seminar locations and, where applicable, at additional hotels mentioned by us.
