Solving Complex Problems in Teams
We start with setting personal targets. After that we analyse the influences on controllers' work in companies. By working on strategic topics we are able to focus on the interaction in teams, the ability to solve a problem systematically, as well as on presentation and moderation skills.
In the course of this we elaborate a set of rules for practical use. These rules will be applied in the second half of the week.
Case Study
You develop a strategic concept for a start-up business based on the evaluation of the economic situation and prognoses available. You will learn how to apply strategic planning tools within a team.
SWOT Analysis
You learn about the benefits and limitations of this method. At the same time you will experience how group dynamics arise within a team.
Team Analysis
Which phases do teams go through? What are the characteristics of high performance groups? Guidelines for successful team work.
Presentation and Video Analysis

The participants reflect on their own behaviour by watching themselves on video and will receive practical hints for possible personal improvements.
