In-house Seminars & Workshops - the Controller Akademie is your partner for in-house training & coaching in all controlling matters.

Inhouse Training
consists of seminars mainly for managers and specialists who are not controllers themselves but who work with controllers and share the basic ideas of controlling. Besides that,we offer an intensive seminar for controllers concentrating on requested topics. Each participant receives a complete set of seminar working papers.

In-house Coaching
aims to assist you in developing and implementing projects such as establishing a new reporting and information system, designing a management profit and loss account, introducing profit centre organisations and setting up project management and controlling. Moreover, we can provide your company with assistance and coaching in budgeting and strategic planning.

Tailor-made Programs
We arrange these workshops according to the individual needs of our customers. Seminars and workshops consist of intensive work packages suitable for two or three days respectively. We also offer more specific one-day training sessions to deal with single controlling matters.

Training Techniques
In all our seminars and workshops we emphasize topic oriented presentations and ensure that know how is transferred. Besides the lectures given on the individual subjects our seminars include if time permits case studies, role plays, and group work where participants have the chance to present cases from their own practical experience.

Apart from the English language, seminars and workshops are conducted in German, of course. We are mainly native German speakers. Therefore you shouldn't expect us to speak "Oxford English".

Languages
However this is not necessarily a disadvantage taking into account that the audience will normally consist of various nationalities.In addition, internal training seminars and workshops may be also held in Spanish, French, Italian or Polish. This is especially convenient for companies whose main language is not German or for employees working in subsidiaries whose mother tongue is not the German language. Of course,working papers and documentation are available in all these languages.

Fees
For in-house seminars and workshops the Controller Akademie requests a daily fee (EUR 2150 plus VAT). The documentation for up to 25 participants is included in the fee. Expenses for the trainer's travel and accomodation are charged separately.

Dates
Extensive training projects require sufficient preparation time to ensure that the individual customer needs are met. So, please remember to contact us half a year in advance to agree upon an appropriate date for the seminar or workshop planned. We may however, depending on our commitments be able to organize a training session within a shorter period of time. Please contact us to find out the earliest possible date.
